Speaker Bio: Kent Barthol has spent over 20 years in the newspaper industry working in circulation—marketing, which includes 14 years at the Kansas City Business Journal and seven years at The Star. His main focus at the Business Journal is to teach companies and individuals how to maximize the content in the Kansas City Business Journal's print edition and web products, and ultimately how to use the information to differentiate yourself from the competition by using the Business Journal as a resource to stay connected to clients and prospects. Kent has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from Northwest Missouri State University.
